Working Hours: 40 per week

Job Description; 

• directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers;

• Boost store sales to achieve both personal and team results;

• establishes and monitors work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets; 

• Assist in store visual changes, replacement, maintenance;

• Assist in the processing and replacement of merchandise and monitor the stock;

• liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems; 

• determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet sales and productivity targets; 

• reports as required to managerial staff on departmental activities;

• To coordinate with store management team and to adhere to all company policies, procedures;



Person specification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry required.

• Demonstrated experience in busy stores.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, proficient in using technology. Familiarity with finance, budgeting, and accounting practices.

• Expertise in inventory management and control.

• Proactive leadership style, ability to drive team to achieve results.

• Fluent in English and proficiency in Asian languages such as Urdu, Punjabi, and Mirpuri to communicate with customers.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
